Industry Design Work

While studying at university, I worked with Axed, Escape, and Urban Putters in Lincoln, as well as Axed Nottingham—immersive entertainment venues offering axe throwing, urban mini golf, and escape rooms. I took on a variety of creative tasks ranging from visual design to hands-on venue styling and maintenance. Whether refreshing the look of a space or contributing to themed room designs, I played a key role in maintaining a fun, engaging atmosphere that elevated the customer experience.

My Designs vs the venue photos from opening weekend

For Axed, I was responsible for designing the venue and producing detailed visual imagery to accompany the architectural plans. These visuals served as a crucial communication tool between management and the construction team, ensuring a clear and unified vision throughout the build. I was also actively involved in the physical creation of the space, taking part in tasks such as spray painting, postering, wallpapering, and sign writing.

Humans Project

After my degree was complete I was recruited into a small freelance company to work as part of their 3D modelling team. After talking extensively with the clients I began to create a range of environments to later be used as part of a music video.

The music video unfolds from the perspective of the main character, who begins their journey driving through a dystopian cityscape before eventually reaching a remote desert. To support this narrative, I designed a series of immersive environments—starting from the protagonist’s bedroom, transitioning through a garage, navigating the urban sprawl, and finally arriving at a desolate desert town.
